Founding Engineer

BusbySim is a SysML v2 system safety platform helping engineers design safer aircraft and other safety-critical systems. We are early stage, already working with some of the UK's most interesting aerospace companies, and now looking for our first engineering hire. You will own hard product problems end to end, from custom language tooling to interactive modelling and safety analysis features, with real ownership and meaningful equity. Ideal for someone who enjoys first principles thinking, wants to shape the product and engineering culture, and is happy working close to customers.
