Founding Engineer

We’re building a telehealth platform to make prescription medication access more accessible, and we’re looking for our first full-time engineer to help us build the next generation of our product from the ground up.

Stack: Ruby on Rails | Hotwire/Turbo | Monolith | PostgreSQL | Docker/Kamal | VPS/dedicated servers

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves Rails and follows the community
• Ships fast, simple, well-crafted code
• Thrives in ambiguity and early-stage ownership
• Communicates clearly with non-technical founders
• Wants to help shape architecture + engineering culture long-term
