Founding Engineer

We are looking for engineers (ML & backend) to join a startup where we’re building LLM-based forecasting systems that output calibrated probability distributions (not just answers) and improve daily based on new observations. It’s a founding role with substantial equity and total compensation $200k-$500k/year.
