Founding Full Stack Engineer

We are building Watchtower Pulse, an AI driven system that lives inside Epic and Cerner to automate DME and discharge workflows. It reads the chart via SMART on FHIR, checks insurance rules, generates complete referral packets, and routes them instantly. Founder has deep hands on hospital and EHR experience. MVP scope is intentionally narrow and pilot conversations are active. Looking for a senior engineer with founder mindset who wants true ownership from day one. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
