Salary: $150k – $175K (Salary + Equity)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role:

• Experience with Elixir or Erlang in production, or polyglot engineer able to pick up new languages quickly
• Solid understanding of Postgres (beyond basic CRUD)
• Hands-on distributed systems experience
• Nice to have: Python & React experience

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and operate production Elixir/Erlang services
• Learn new technologies and design new architecture patterns, prototype, industrialize
• DB schema design, query optimization, scaling strategies
• Collaborate closely with the team on architecture decisions
• Ship incrementally and learn from production
• Debug problems across the stack
• Improve our tooling, and processes as we grow
