• Workflow automation: Designing agent-driven workflows that are driving real impact for the business and our customers
• Search: Building semantic + keyword retrieval over large amounts of data
• Knowledge graph: Modeling relationships between people, companies, topics, and interactions to power recommendations and discovery
• New products: 0-1 work across new interaction types and mediums
