Lead Software Engineer (Back-end, Rust, Fintech)

We're looking for a lead software engineer to help build a high performance perpetual futures exchange. This role requires expertise in low-latency systems, distributed architectures, and financial infrastructure. As a lead engineer, you'll also need to understand delegation and mentorship.
