Annex is solving the problem of skyrocketing homeowners insurance costs in natural catastrophe prone areas with better digital infrastructure for executing transactions. Our platform enables insurance agents to quote and bind policies within 90 seconds, compared to the current multi-day phone/email/fax-based transaction. We grew 4x in 2025 and anticipate similar growth in 2026, having deployed less than $1.5m in funding. We have significant momentum on both the insurance distribution and capital sides of our business, and we are looking to scale our engineering team to support this progress.
