Role: I’m a repeat founder now building Matcha.fm. I’m hiring a cracked Founding Growth Engineer to build virality directly into the product and drive 100x user growth. This is a true 0→1 founding role with massive ownership.
Responsibilities:

• Build virality loops into the core product
• Proven track record driving significant user growth
• Founder or early founding-team experience comfortable in early-stage chaos and high ownership
• Strong product intuition and design sensibility
• Strong SEO / GEO a plus
