CTO

We are building AI-powered spatial audio tools that make Dolby Atmos mastering accessible to artists, labels and engineers. Seed-stage, fully remote (PT to CET). Looking for a hands-on CTO to ship code and lead a small team (2–3 engineers, growing). You'll build scalable backend services for AI-driven audio processing, integrate DSP/ML models into production and set technical vision.

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing engineering teams (5–15 people)
• Strong Python production experience (5+ years)
• Experience with audio/DSP libraries (NumPy, Librosa, SciPy, Pedalboard)
• Cloud infrastructure and ML ops (AWS/GCP)
• Passion for music and audio

Comp: $180K–$200K + equity + benefits (US-based)
