AI Engineer

Job Description

We're hiring an AI Engineer to build and ship production AI systems -- not research prototypes. You'll own our AI pipeline: RAG optimization, GPU model deployment on Trident architecture, production MLOps (training, inference, model lifecycle), and agentic AI systems. This is for engineers who ship code, not notebooks.

Stack: Python (primary), C++/Java/C#, Docker, CI/CD, GPU infrastructure, RAG, model fine-tuning/distillation.

Experience: 3-10 years production AI experience. Full-time W2 only.

Salary: $175,000/year + Equity. San Francisco on-site.
