About Us

We're a mental health 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a care navigation platform – think "find the right therapist" but across every type of mental health treatment – with insurance awareness and consumer-aligned privacy baked in. Small team, startup pace, mission that matters.

We're an AI-native team – actively experimenting with the best ways to leverage AI in how we build, not just what we build. LLM-powered data enrichment workflows, agent coding teams, the works. You'd own a significant chunk of the architecture and ship across the full stack: NestJS backend, Next.js frontend, data pipelines for provider and condition data. You'll shape eng culture and hiring as we grow.

What We're Looking For

Someone who's startup tested and ready to be the first FT eng hire in the office. Comfortable making architecture calls and still writing code daily. Experience with data-heavy consumer products (search, marketplaces, health tech) is a strong plus.
