Who we are

We're reimagining what mortgage underwriting looks in a world where engineers and operators gain leverage through the use of modern agentic AI. We're at the forefront of using AI tools to hack our own workflow, but also to build automation and tools for our clients.

We currently work with 8 of the top 20 mortgage lenders in the country. NewRez lending, a publicly-traded, top-5 lender recently selected us to be a cornerstone of their AI underwriting strategy, calling this out on their last quarterly earnings call.

Who You Are

While we have a number of roles, we're primarily looking for a specific attitude: talented, motivated individuals who tolerate ambiguity and can bridge the gap between business uses cases and engineered solutions. We believe that modern AI tools bring a great deal of leverage to engineers and we're motivated. We're looking specifically for engineers who can work directly with me (CTO/Co-Founder) and a small group of SF-based engineers/PMs. In particular looking for a strong Frontend/Design engineer, along with a backend engineer. We've hired from HN in the past and are excited to keep going.
