Senior/Staff Software Engineer

We’re a team of experienced generalist SWEs and AI enthusiasts who are building custom AI agents for enterprise clients. You’ll work on 3-4 different projects a year and play a central role on each one. No AI experience required: we are actively trying to be the best place in the world to learn applied AI.

I’m Frank, an engineer here. This is the first services-style company I’ve worked at, so for those of you in a similar boat, this is what I’ve really liked so far:

• The learning rate is super fast. 3-4 client projects a year, each with different tech stacks, products, industries, and architectures.
• Our projects are typically high priority and sponsored by prominent executives. The path here for projects to have real impact on usage or bottom line is much shorter.
• We’re “selling pickaxes during the gold rush”. When AI finds its next killer app, we’ll hopefully be the first to know about it.
