We’re a small team in stealth. Opinionated stack:

• PocketBase backend
• Next.js frontend
• VPS infrastructure we manage ourselves
• Bash scripts that Slack us when things catch fire

No Jira. No standups. No corporate theater.
Async-first. Quick huddles only when necessary.
During interviews: camera once, then never again.

We need one high-agency human who:

• Ships fast and takes full ownership
• Actually understands how to use agentic LLMs to multiply output
• Is comfortable on raw Linux servers (cron, logs, 5xx debugging, etc.)
• Prefers getting things done over process
• TDD-first: Pytest + Playwright to verify PocketBase and Next.js code

You will own infra, backend, frontend and dev velocity.
