Newbuilds is hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to help scale a widely used proptech marketing platform, a Norway-based proptech company powering automated campaigns and data-driven workflows across 17+ countries.

You’ll work on backend architecture, improve performance and scalability, build integrations with external APIs/CRMs, and influence technical direction with ownership over your code. This role is remote-first with flexible work and competitive senior-level compensation.
