Sr. Software Engineer

We're hiring a Senior SWE to own backend systems end-to-end. You'll directly contribute to our voice agent infrastructure, build tooling to evaluate agents via simulations and enhanced observability, and ship cutting-edge AI features fast to large, active user bases.

5-12+ years of experience with production web-scale platforms. Python expertise required. AI/LLM experience a big plus.
