We're building an AI-powered content engagement tool.
I am looking for a Growth Hacking Lead to drive user acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate has experience scaling B2B SaaS products, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization. You'll work directly with the founders to develop and execute growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for SaaS products
- Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing and analytics
- Experience with paid acquisition channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and growth levers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
