About FoodFacts

FoodFacts is a B2B startup specialized in CO2 calculations for Food (as the name suggests ;). We're currently operating only in Sweden but we have plans to move out into other European countries. We're currently already working with all Swedish food retailers and provide carbon estimations on all food products sold in Sweden. The goal of this partnership is to steer assortments but also consumers towards a more climate-friendly food consumption.

We're also working with a bunch of food producers in Sweden as part of a pilot project to influence the food-product creation in an early stage towards more sustainable and profitable products.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a driven, entrepreneurial founding/Staff engineer. If you're interested in working in a small startup, bringing stuff from 0 to 1 and you want to have an outsized impact on product & tech, this is the right place for you.

The systems you’ll work in full-stack Typescript (Node.js on the backend and React on the Frontend) running partially on AWS and Vercel. Postgres and MySQL as our DBs.
