Machine Learning Engineer

We enable brands to collect and syndicate user-generated content at a massive scale, providing valuable insights through real-time consumer feedback.

We're hiring for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and enhance our AI-powered services, including AI Insights and AI Automated Answers using LLM/RAG architectures. This role involves hands-on model development and maintaining our mission-critical Machine Moderation system.
