Full Stack Senior Engineer (React + Node + AI experience)

Hi there, I’m a cofounder of a remote AI startup, reimagining video editing with AI agents. We’re small, friendly, and flat in structure, and we place a high value on autonomy, initiative, and embracing complex challenges.

Our stack: React (front-end), Node.js (API backend), Docker & Kubernetes for deployments, AI/LLM APIs.

Looking for:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience (3+ in a senior/lead capacity)
• Deep knowledge of NodeJS + experience with FFMPEG and microservices
• Full stack skills
• Comfort shipping prod-ready features continuously (2 week Sprints)
• Experience with unit, integration, e2e tests
• Excellent communication for async/remote work

What we offer:

• Salary: USD $105,000 - $140,000 (€90,000 - €120,000 EUR)
• Fully remote, Europe/EMEA timezone + Flexible hours
