We’re building an AI workforce for property management, automating workflows and processes, such as resident communication, leasing, and document processing through email, voice, and integrations (Yardi, Rent Manager, CRMs, etc.). We’re NYC-based, venture-backed, and growing fast, now looking for a backend engineer excited to build AI products that run in production and have immediate impact. Looking for: someone with 2+ years of backend/Python experience, ownership mindset, and strong product/user experience instincts. You’ll: build real product used by thousands of residents, own core systems, and work directly with the founding team (product + sales). No visa sponsorship at this time.
