Our stack (role-dependent):

Requirements (vary by role):

Strong ownership and bias for action; clarity in written communication; hands-on delivery in lean teams; comfort with ambiguity and high standards. Deep experience with one or more areas above (shipping production systems, data pipelines, LLM apps, or secure/AWS infra).
