Avtal is a fast-growing company in the digital debt collections space, building systems that make agency–consumer interactions more transparent and data-driven. The engineering team works across Go, React, PostgreSQL (RDS), and AWS, solving problems around large-scale data pipelines, workflow automation, and platform reliability.

Open roles:

  • Full-Stack Engineer – React / Go
  • Backend Engineer – Go / Python (ML experience a plus)
  • Platform / DevOps Engineer – AWS / Linux / IaC
  • DBA – PostgreSQL / RDS performance & tuning
