CEF AI builds an AI-first data automation platform for secure, decentralized orchestration of agents that compute directly on encrypted data streams. We’re shipping original systems (not wrappers), with multiple tuned models (CV, NLP, LLMs) and a next-gen multi-agent data infrastructure. Small team, high ownership, low bureaucracy.

What you’ll do

AI Innovator: Prototype and ship production AI features fast; extend our multi-agent orchestration; design private/sovereign data pipelines and dynamic indexing; collaborate tightly with founders to turn research into product.

Principal SWE: Own core platform architecture; design and scale distributed backends/APIs; build great DX (SDKs/CLI); lead reviews/mentorship; drive 0→1 projects with strong reliability and observability.

You might be a fit if you have

• A track record taking systems from concept to scale and to revenue.
• Deep backend/systems skill (Go/Rust/Kotlin or similar); strong CI/CD/testing discipline.
• Experience with distributed, real-time data infra; privacy/security minded.
• Hands-on AI product chops (CV, NLP, LLMs/agents) and bias to build/iterate quickly.
• Clear communication, product intuition, and comfort working directly with founders.
