We’re building an AI-native platform that helps physicians navigate careers with clarity and confidence. Think: contract intelligence, career engine, interview sim, and an agent that sources opportunities on behalf of doctors.

Stack: React + Next.js 15, TypeScript, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, Tailwind, Vercel AI SDK, Auth0, GCP, Cloud SQL (MySQL), GitHub Actions. Model-agnostic: use what works.

You’ll own technical execution end-to-end: architecture, daily coding, CI/CD, observability, MCP servers and agent orchestration, multimodal UX (voice-to-voice, chat, UI), A/B tests and feature flags via PostHog, and scaling infra for hundreds of thousands of physicians.

You ship fast and iteratively. If it’s not in production, it doesn’t count. You stay current with AI/web, work autonomously, and collaborate tightly with product.

Bonus: 5+ years building and deploying modern web apps, production LLM experience (Cursor, Codex, Claude, Vercel AI SDK), proven scalable systems, portfolio of delightful shipped software, founder mindset.
